SHELL BUILDINGS

Lighthouse Electrical has completed multiple ground-up shell buildings with complete infrastructure and site utilities for future occupancy. These include several tilt-wall buildings for future office/warehouse and manufacturing tenants, as well as poured-in-place, steel and metal-framed, masonry, and wood structures for future medical, education, manufacturing, and retail tenants.

About the project:
 

Developed by Highland Resources, Lamar Central is a Class A office building located at North Lamar Boulevard and 38th Street. This 4-story, mixed-use development features 163,000 square feet of rentable space with 34,000 square feet of ground-floor space for shops and restaurants, three levels of office space, and an adjacent 600-space parking garage. This STG Design was designed to be cutting edge for this part of Austin with the highest quality and full range of amenities including a large central courtyard. The building is currently home to Kendra Scott Design's corporate headquarters.
